Beware of NO price adjustments for this product!!
I ordered 3 full sets at $249.00 for Xmas gifts. 2 days later they dropped the price to $219.00. They said they would NOT honor a price adjustment. They said I would need to reorder the entire 3 sets and pay again and then bring the more expensive sets back for a refund. They are aware that they would have to pay for the 2nd sets to be shipped again and waste my time and theirs to do a return to get a refund that I wouldn't see for 10-15 days later!!! Who runs a business like this!! Now I remember why I stopped shopping here many years ago.

Thought quality would be better
I used for the first time on a car trip and I can tell it’s not that sturdy for the price I paid. Kind of nervous to see one tossed around at airport. Then the paper label comes sealed under the zipper so if you pull it out, you could pull the stitching off the suitcase. Need to cut off with scissors then part of the paper has to stay there.

Breaks Often poor Customer Service
This product has been an absolute nightmare. And I purchased it when it was on sale for under $250. Took the large bag on a trip. Wheel fell off had to drag it around the rest of the trip. Reached out to customer service for the warranty. It took a very long time to resolve. They sent me a wheel that I have to take to a luggage repair shop and pay out-of-pocket and then they will reimburse me. And before I even got that bag fixed, I took the medium sized bag on a trip and the same exact thing happened. I wrote Bugatti and said I am unsatisfied and they said the only thing they can do is send me another wheel. Not Worth my time nor money. Nordstrom should be embarrassed for selling this stuff.
