Obsessed with this high chair. I bought it for my second baby after I was unhappy with the chair used for my first. Still worth every penny. It helps him sit up and I love how ergonomic and visually appealing it is.

Do not buy!
Don’t let influencers convince you to buy this high chair! We have twins so we have 2 and I can tell you we absolutely hate it. Why? Well, first it’s awful to clean. For a high chair this is critical. Get a plastic one and not wood if you want to quick wipe down the chair. This one will give you a rough time. Also, the straps are terrible to adjust as your kid grows. You have to fight tooth and nail to get them to change length. Also also the tray comes unclipped ALL the time so you’re constantly fighting to get it back in and it involves taking it half apart and putting it back together which is so inconvenient. It never stays in place and good luck to you if you want to wash the cushions. Taking them on and off is an Olympic sport. Do NOT buy. It’s aesthetic, yes, and it converts into a toddler chair eventually, yes. But for a functional high chair it is absolutely horrible.

TERRIBLE DESIGN
The straps are SO difficult to adjust I don't know how anyone adjusts it. They seem to have improved it but I got mine last year before they updated it. They clearly updated it because the old straps (the ones I have) SUCK. And what happens to all those customers that purchased that version. Sorry out of luck for the $400 contraption that you purchase that your child has to sit in every day without being buckled into because we can't adjust the straps. What's sad is I wrote to Stokke about this issue and instead of sending me the new straps because I had issues with the old straps they sent me the SAME OLD STRAPS. Thanks for sending me the version that doesn't work. I know this is a known issue because I have a friend who has the same version and she has the same issues. Also purchased from Nordstrom. Extremely unhappy with this purchase. For the price it is not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere - even if it looks attractive because it's on sale right now for the anniversary sale.

So not worth it
I feel like a fool for buying this high chair. We got it for my first born and it was a pain. Suctions cups do not work on this because it is a textured tray. The chair itself is wood but the tray is cheap plastic - yay for forever chemicals getting into baby food! 🫣 the under portion of the plastic tray is atrocious to clean sooooo many nooks crannies and crevices; what non-parent designed this thing?
Yes, it converts into a chair but who cares? By the time your kid can sit in the chair they don’t want to be in what they know was their high chair anymore. You’re left with a single ugly chair.

Absolutely Not
This chair is a complete disaster to install, you need to spend money on an endless amount of additional accessories and if you buy the cushion, good luck trying to wash it and reinstall with the tray. Ascetically looks nice but an absolute pain to deal with, not worth it.

On our second kid with it
We’re on our second kid with this high chair and couldn’t be happier. It’s very sturdy (we have a 30 lb one year old) and easy to clean. The wood is still in really good condition after going through our first baby, then sitting in storage for a couple of years until our second. The wood wipes off really clean and doesn’t retain odors or stains. So does the plastic tray (also sturdy). I’m sure we’ll be able to pass it on to another family. Assembly is a 15 minute job, don’t let that scare you off. Highly recommend spending the extra amount to get this quality product.
