Reeve Venetian Loafer (Men)

This is my fourth or fifth pair of this model shoe. Up until this newest pair, I thought I’d wear these at work for the rest of my career but now I’m not sure. They cheapened the material from the sole to the leather and it’s noticeable the instant you put them on for the very first time. Sure, they’re mostly ‘broken in’ after a day, but after a week or so of use I’m thinking of having two old pairs of this model restored by the local shoemaker. They are just that much better. J&J - raise the price of the shoe and bring back the old design. You dropped the ball on this one.

I called and verified description of shoe and was told it does have a removable insert. When they arrived I tried to pull out insert and it is not removable! It is glued to bottom of shoe. I wear an orthotic so cann wear this shoe. Please update your description and update your support staff.
