You need to do better Nordstrom
Ordered this $1500 designer bag from Nordstrom instead of going directly to Mulberry and learned my lesson. It arrived crumpled up inside a cheap plastic bag, thrown in a big shipping box with a couple pieces of coarse brown craft paper haphazardly tossed in the box. The bag is totally misshapen and looks like it’s been sitting at the bottom of a rummage bin for ages. I’ve had it with Nordstrom at this point. Just had to return a $400 candle that arrived completely smashed because it wasn’t packaged for shipping. Have lost countless lipsticks and cosmetics that are wadded up in brown paper and thrown in with other purchases (never a packing list to know what’s in each box). I’m finally calling it and moving on to NM. I’m an Icon level member and you’ve lost my business.
