Colorful blue sapphires with brown and white diamonds combine to create a striking motif in these cluster medallion earrings made from genuine 18k yellow gold. The natural 3.5mm round heat-treated blue sapphires along with round white and heat-treated brown diamonds reside within the security of their bezel settings. A textured trim decorated the edge of the medallion and the upper dangle is finished with an additional round, bezel-set diamond. These diamonds total 1 2/3 cttw with an approximate Brown and G-H Color with SI1-SI2 Clarity.
