Wong Vessel

The Wong vessel is an interesting dark hued terracotta vessel with a vintage inspired organic finish, handmade by local Indonesian artisans. Inspired by the Wayang Wong dance, this piece's defining features are its curvy arms and graceful neck, reminiscent of the movement employed in the performance. This captivating piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail using techniques that have been passed through generations.   Materials: Terracotta clay, dark gray underglaze, highly textured  matte gray glaze.
