What it is: A gel eyeliner that delivers intense pigmentation with precision application in an easy-to-use retractable tube with a built-in sharpener on the other end.
What it does: This creamy, no-tug eye pencil can be used on the upper or lower lashline, extended to create a dramatic eyeliner flick, blended for a smoky effect or used as an allover shadow. Enriched with a moisturizing blend of olive fruit oil, jojoba oil and vitamin E, this formula is waterproof and sets for long-lasting wear.
How to use: Swipe onto your upper or lower lashline to define your eyes. Smudge out for a smoky look.
