What it does: Velour Lovers Lip Colour is a long-wearing, highly pigmented, moisturizing lip color with a satin-matte finish, while the Lip Pencil is a perfectly textured pencil designed to outline, define and enhance the natural shape of your lips. The pencil is firm enough to draw a precise, thin line yet soft enough to blend, and it glides on smoothly and comfortably while prolonging the wear of your lip color and helping to prevent bleeding, feathering or collection in corners.

How to use: Sharpen the pencil to a point, then line the outside of your lips. Press the bullet of Velour Lovers to your lips using even pressure. Press your lips together. You can use it alone or with the pencil for added definition before or after application.
