How to use: Apply the primer on clean, dry lashes. Place brush at base of lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward. Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry. Follow with mascara for ultimate lift, length and volume. To remove, use a cotton pad and waterproof makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion. To apply the mascara: hold mascara wand horizontally and sweep upward from base to tip for voluptuous volume and maximum drama. One coat provides all the length and volume you need, but the formula can be layered for added intensity.
