How to use: Use Rock 'n' Kohl beginning at the inner corner of the upper eyelid and drawing a line as close to the lashline as you can. Glide along the upper lashline, drawing a thin line to make your eyes pop. Hold the wand of Exagger-Eyes horizontally. Press the inner curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upward. Use the outer curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, moving from the base to the tip of your lashes to separate, lift and define. Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner and outer corners and the lower lashline for precision application.
