Best guide pants
The best pants ever. I’m a guide in Alaska and I wore these all summer. I also love them for hiking all over including in the desert. They are so comfortable and durable. They are also water resistant to a point. Water beads off of them.

Beware
This fabric is extremely poor quality. I splurged on these pants hoping to invest in something with longevity. Photos are of pants after ~20 wears and ~7 washes. I reached out to Prana after getting pilling on these pants my FIRST wear, before a wash. I was refused a return or refund.

too long too long
These fit well (my normal size 6) so true to size except that at 31" length, they are really a "Tall". Even with the drawstring at the ankle, that made them baggy at bottom. Wish they offered a regular length plus a tall for the taller gals. And I'm not short, I'm a very average 5'5"

Baggy
These pants fit me very nicely in the waist and butt … but they are way too baggy in the legs for my taste. I wish I had returned them. Nice fabric though.

Runs very large
I’m 5’4, about 117 lb, and these were very large on me. I wanted baggy, but they still look a size too large, the hips are too loose. I got a size 0 29, the smallest. I think I will keep them anyway, and just embrace the extra room. It’s not the material I expected either, it’s softer. But, all that being said, the adjustable waistband is AMAZING, and I love how big the pockets are. The colors are nice too. I’d totally recommend these pants, just to taller friends. I’d rate 5 stars if there were smaller sizes.

Cute pants but not super durable
These pants are cute and fit great BUT they don’t hold up super well. I have been wearing them frequently (with few washes) but they are already pilling which is quite disappointing

The BEST hiking pants
prAna gifted me their Stretch Zion Cargo Pants in Mocha and I am obsessed! The fabric has this 2-way stretch so you can actually move in them whether hiking, running errands, grabbing coffee, whatever. They’ve got cargo pockets, a bungee cinch at the hem, and UPF 50+ so you’re covered on sun protection too.
