Heel too wide

I purchased these beautiful shoes - exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately when I tried them on the heel slips so much I had to return them. Either the shoe manufacturers are using too flexible of leather or they are making the shoes too wide for a medium size. So frustrating!! I have never needed to wear a narrow - always medium for width. Not sure what to do and wish I could communicate with these manufacturers because so many of them are making the shoes too wide in the heel.

Cut of shoes pushes against bottom of ankles

The back of the shoes on the sides pushes up on bottom of ankles and is uncomfortable.

Love these shoes

Theses shoes are very comfortable and are perfect for those who are always on their feet. I ordered these for work and they have not disappointed! I might prder another pair in a different color for leisure. My only issue is with the lack of delivery options.
