Women's SBO Probiotic 50 Billion CFU + Prebiotics Supplement

Good value for money given the numbers of strain backed by science, CFU & no need to refrigerate. However, nowhere to find information about which particular strain has been use. Eg the container says L. rhamnosus but which one exactly because there are different ones such as GR-1 for intimate area and HN001 for both pregnancy and intimate area. Overall, a good product baked by scientific studies and provides good value for money and wellness.

For years my hips have been too painful to sleep on my side. I am about 2/3rds of the way through the first bottle and in my 60's. I usually sleep with pillows either side to take pressure off my hips when on my side which is not great but helps. Last night for the first time in 10 years I slept on both sides with no hip support and no pain. It has also significantly improved bowel habits. That's sums it up at present, and I really appreciate the improvement.

I really do love these. I was reluctant at first. My gut has suffered greatly due to my cancer. I need to take both emzines and pro biotics to affectively digest my food. I have 6 children and my poor bladder has taken its toll. I have had 3 bladder surgeries. I have several uti a year. I have taken anti biotics and whatever the urologist suggested over the years. I still have several uti yearly. I do all the extra cleaning suggestions to prevent them. I have 3 protocols of herbs I have used over the years. I switch off. I think my body gets use to them. I read that these womens probiotics also contains cleaners for the bladder Some I have used before. I stopped all my herbs for the last month, expecting to feel the burn. So far so good. That is three pills less I need a day. So far so good. I am one happy girl. I can recomend and have bought this product for my 91 year old sister. I wish I had found this product sooner. It has been 24 days sense my last uti. I am a happy girl. For sure.
