stunning rebuke of competence
Fun to open up my new Wolf and Shepherd water resistant boots. Was totally disappointed that the quality control processes at Nordstrom allowed two different color shoes to be shipped to me.

How Do These Shoes Pass for New?
Thankfully these shoes weren't totally messed up; because, after seeing the box come in the mail I was really concerned and not sure how Nordstrom could sell these for "New"? These were definitely used based on the rubber band around the box and one of the ends tore off.
