Lip Retreat Tinted Oil

I bought Oasis, the clear version which has no fragrance, is lightweight, and not sticky. My favorite is Darphin's lip oil (which has a more sticky texture than this but has been hard to find lately). I very much like the formulation of this product. I was excited about the packaging of this lip oil because I will be able to squeeze the last of the oil out of the tube - smart design. My disappointment here is that the spongy covering on the applicator tip broke off after only a few uses. I hope this is just a one time defect. Before discovering this issue, I bought more of these lip oils to use in my a.m. and p.m. skincare routine, so we'll see!

When I pulled the wand out of the tube the first time a mangled, shredded sponge came out. It promptly fell off leaving hard plastic. The color is good, lasts a long time, but had the box not been sealed I would have thought it was a used item. Have bought other Wander products and had similar quality control issues. Cannot recommend based on that.
