Visual Effects Underwire Shaping Bodysuit

I absolutely love the fit of this garment. It was the quality that I expected and more. It has been a struggle for myself, as a curvy girl, to find the right foundation, generally because the cup size is never available. I generally wear a 38G but I decided to give the 38DDD a chance as it was the closest that I have ever come to my cup size in an underlayer! I was so happy, there was no boobie outage and the thin straps give an extra boost of natural confidence! My only wish is that this bodysuit would have been maximum-control rather than medium. I'm a southern girl who was trained in the combat of ultimate compact. Great, Great buy and I plan to purchase this item in nude as well!

I love this bodysuit. I bought a 38DDD 6 months ago and I wear it all the time. I don't think it's the most body shaping bodysuit, but it's much more comfortable than a bra and I think more flattering, especially in the back. No "back fat"! I wear it all the time, not just special occasions. I just bought two more so I can wear it more often. I bought another nude and a black.

I've lost count of the bodyshapers I have tried on, purchased, rejected and returned over the years. This one is the best I have found. I am an average size 12 , long torso (5'7") and full busted. I need to smooth out lines and look firmer under clothes that are a little clingy or body conscious and the Wacoal Visual Effects does all that very well. The best part are the options for bra cup size; the 36DDD actually fit without squeezing anything out the sides or top! The body is smooth with just enough stretch to be comfortable, but firm enough to make a difference in one's shape. The sides and back go up far enough to eliminate bulges and look smooth. I immediately ordered 3 more!

I’ll be honest, I waited almost a week to try on this bodysuit after it arrived in the mail. The material appeared thick and lightweight and I thought for sure it would be a workout just to stuff myself into this thing. Amazingly enough, it didn’t require a Herculean effort to put on and the bodysuit does a wonderful job of smoothing out the “mommy fluff”. Comfortable enough to wear all day. The only drawback is this bodysuit suit seems to be designed for short-torso folks (I believe this design-flaw was also brought up on another review). Luckily for me, I am short waisted and all it took was a couple adjustments to the straps :). Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I’m petite but large breasted with a csection pooch…underwear always rolls or shifts around on my lower tummy and my underwire bra bands are uncomfortable in the heat. Also I have young kids and wardrobe malfunctions are a thing. Like raising my arms or swinging upside down on monkey bars or whatever. I’m just really self conscious about anything hanging out and I hate anything I have to pull or tug at throughout the day. Ordered one of these on a fluke a while back and I’ve been slowly collecting them. If I’m not in gym clothes, leggings/tights or jeans, I have one of these underneath. My true bra size is a 34G, and the 36 DDD isnt perfect but it’s modest, comfortable and it works. I did the monkey bars with my 5yo today and nothing flipped out, soooo win. :) I wish there were more cup sizes, and I also wish it was more compressive . But- overall I look way smoother in the sides front and back and I feel more confident walking around in shorts or tshirt dresses, or even white/semi sheer clothes that I would otherwise avoid. Just wish they would go on sale once in a while!!!
