Fit and fabric
Love the color and the swirl of the skirt.
Note: I’m a very solid size 18 on top/bust area and my chest was just a little squished in the 2x/size 18. No give in the fabric and the skirt fabric has an odd feel but whatever it is treated with makes the skirt stay wavy, which is nice.
