contiued pressure to leave a review. so here it is
Nordstrom keeps bugging me to leave a review and won't let me opt out of more "invitations" saying this is a "service email". No it's not. Requesting I spend my time to leave a review is a marketing tactic. Not allowing me to opt out of receiving continued prompts to review violates the Can/Spam email law. This is not service related. If i had a problem with the order I would have contacted them. Since there is no other way to convey this info, I'm putting it in my review. Hopefully now they'll stop bugging me. I'll also be marking the last email I received as spam, since there's no other way I can opt out. Nordstrom is usually great with customer service so this must be an oversight. Hope they fix it.

Half size people need shoes too!!!
I’ll start by saying that I love Uggs, I have more boots than I can count! I was excited to try these, but sadly, so many companies refuse make shoes in half sizes. I’m normally a size 7 1/2, and I ordered a size 7. They were definitely way too tight in the toe area. I’m going to try an 8, but I have a feeling it’ll be too big and my heals will just come out of them. If you’re a solid size, they might be a win for you!

Order not delivered as promised
Unfortunately, item is not ready as Nordstrom had promised last Saturday. I been calling to checked and they have continued to tell me it will ready tomorrow or next day.
At this point I try to cancel the order, and apparently it cannot be done till item is delivered to store?
This first and last time I ordered with Nordstrom on line extremely difficult and not good customer service.

Very cute and comfy but...
This is a typical Ugg product - made very well, true to size, stylish, and warm. Part of the heel is covered but it is a clog so your heel lifts up and out with every step. I'm not too fond of that feeling so I am returning these for the Ultra Mini Alpine Ugg boot which is not a clog but a low boot.
