very cool
I decided to get these sheets because it’s been so hot. I sleep in the V berth of my 30’ sailboat so was really hoping they’d have a cooling effect. So far so good! I usually have Liz Claiborne Liquid Cotton but these are better for the hot weather

My husband even said they feel like sleeping in a wool blanket. They do. They’re hot. They’re itchy. They are not like the ever popular Egyptian cotton sheets. Do NOT recommend. Hot, not cool sheets. Itchy and rough, not smooth. Literally I buy better sheets at Target. I am very disappointed.

large fitted sheet
When we opened the bag I was hopeful. The sheets were soft and I loved the blue color. I tried the fitted sheet just to make sure. It was way to big. We have a standard size king. These are for king mattress with deep pockets/cal king.
Also, when I unfolded the pillow cases, I noticed a black bug. I took it out and squished it. Seemed to be a carpet beetle possibly. Really disappointed.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed when I received these sheets. When I ordered them, they were listed as percale, which I usually associate with cotton and did not scroll down far enough to notice that they were polyester. The biggest disappointment was the color differentiation of the top sheet vs. the bottom sheet and pillowcases. The top sheet is clearly a brighter color compared to a dusky appearance of the bottom and pillow cases. This is not the quality that I would expect from Nordstrom and sheets selling for $65.00. They are being returned.

Sheets do not meet expectations
Like other reviews, my main complaint is the pilling. I expected much better quality and longevity for the price. I also find the sheets quite heavy and this negates the “cooling” effect.

Two different colors
These sheets are soft and I would love them except that the fitted sheet and top sheet are two different whites. And the pillow cases are maybe a third shade!
