Fayth Loafer (Women)

I wear a 7 1/2 narrow shoe. Fit is off with this one; more like a 6 1/2. First, it has a glued down insole which is comfortable; but they have placed another insole over that (removable.) I removed the added insert when trying on this shoe. What was the point of adding this? The glued down inserts is comfy and cushioned. And of course, the added insert makes the shoe more snug. The heel fit for a Narrow should work for me but it is too loose. A Narrow shoe should have a narrow heel fit. The width fit is a Narrow as it should be. My toes hit the end of the shoe; would need to go up and try an 8N and that still would not work for me because of the loose heel fit. And of course, I ordered two colors which arrived at different times, so needed to make two trips to a drop off Fed Ex Box for the returns. Much easier when I could take it to my local post office; hassle this way. And the shoe box inside a larger box that came in the mail didn’t work for a return as it was too large for the drop off box!! Had to find a smaller box in order to make the return. Fortunately I had one this time. What a hassle this was. Very disappointed with the overall process. Will look at other online stores and see if they have easier return options. Long time, disappointed shopper!!
