A $218 dress should come with an extra button!!!
So torn - love the dress, but I was so disappointed to find it did not come with an extra button. I reached out to Reformation to inquire about ordering one (even mentioned I would pay for it) - because if you lose one of these unique ornate gold buttons, the dress will be unwearable - and was shocked that they not only do not offer spare pieces/parts for their clothing, but they wouldn't even help me locate a similar button because I didn't purchase directly through them. For a $218 pre-tax dress, an extra button should be included. Will not purchase anything from this company (Reformation) again. But I love Nordstrom and will remain a loyal customer - I will stick to the brands who actually care about their customer base.

SUPER CUTE BUT LOW QUALITY
This is so cute but has that weird fake denim smell, runs large and quality is equivalent of H&M for $200+ dress! And the buttons were poorly stitched and two came off as I was trying to unbutton.
