poor shipping care

Used and scratched twice

I ordered this sunglasses twice and both times had to return them because they were evidently used with light scratches. The sunglasses are gorgeous though.

High-end sunglasses with no case to protect them

Beautiful sunglasses, but even though they arrived with the original box, it didn't have a hard case! Just a cloth sleeve that won't protect such an expensive item from an impact. A very helpful customer care agent has been trying to help, but the stores are not even responding to him. An exchange was offered, but now they only have different color available. Kind of disappointing
