Ontrac is an unreliable delivery service
This is the third time that Ontrac claims to have made a delivery to my business from Nordstrom and has not. I can almost guarantee that any shipment that has multiple delays while in Ontrac's possession will eventually go missing--even though Ontrac claims to have delivered them. Nordstrom could do much better than a service provider like Ontrac--who claims to have delivered to a business that was open and did not--is a big negative, in my opinion.

I was hoping this would be a comfy, cozy button up. I’m usually a 0 or 2P and ordered the XL. The fit was a bit big but would have been fine if the fabric had been a bit softer and laid down at the shoulders. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a good fit.
