T Monogram Lug Sole Bootie (Women)

I never bought Tori Burch boots before so I was looking forward to getting a pair. These shorter shaft boots looks good, seems comfy at first but it ends right there - hence 2 stars. Very cute to wear with dresses, skirts and jeans which prompted me to buy them since I was looking for a pair to wear mostly with long dresses. However, I barely stood on my feet for about 15 minutes in those boots and ended up with severe pain in sole of my feet. Cannot tell why this boot will cause such pain and discomfort. Only explanation possible is that the footbed doesn’t have proper cushioning and arch support that it needs to have. I am flat footed, which might explain the foot pain. It is going back to the store I bought it from. This is a moderately pricey boot, so it should be constructed with right amount of cushioning which it lacks.
