Love the Structure of This Bag
Love that you can adjust the length and that the hardware is matte. This bag is super versatile and I am in love with the structure and size. I can fit a full size wallet, hand sanitizer, pack of gum, phone, keys, and rollerball perfume easily.

Don’t waste your money
I’ve only had this bag for a year and this is what it looks like! I take very good care of my handbags and this isn’t even a go to bag I wear everyday and this is what it looks like after one year. It looks years old and overused. This is cheap. This is the only Tory Burch bag I’ve purchased so I can’t say if all her bags are made this way. If you’re looking for a more reliable handbag similar in price I suggest Kate Spade or Coach bags. At least you’ll get every dollar worth of use. The fact that she would sell this garbage at this price is nothing short of robbery.

Poor quality
The chain on this bag chipped within one month of owing it. I carried it 2-3 times per week max so not over used. So disappointing. Returned it, not worth the money.

Lovely but flawed
This purse is so beautiful and practical, but after using it occasionally, I am not impressed with the quality. The chain rubs on the hooks connected to the purse and the paint on the chain has worn off and exposed the silver metal underneath. It looks twretched! For a $600 purse, I expect better!

love this bag. ive used it now for about 6 months and ive had no issues. i think tory burch has really fixed all the major complaints with this bag. the newer version is amazing.
i wear this everyday and it looks good with literally every outfit!
