What it is: A precision waterproof gel eyeliner that glides on ultrasmooth for razor-sharp, killer lines that last for 36 hours.
What it does: This eyeliner glides smoothly onto your eyelids for easy application. It also won't dry down instantly, which allows you time to smoke out the liner, bringing total user control over your application. It can be sharpened with any sharpener, too. The gel formula is nonflaking, transfer-resistant, waterproof and smooth. Too Faced wanted to create the most incredible liner pencil on the market—an eyeliner that does it all, allowing everyone to own fierce and fearless eye looks that don’t quit, giving you dramatic, high-impact, color-drenched lines that last a full 36 hours.
How to use: Start at the inner corner of eye, placing liner pencil as close as possible to lash line. Glide Killer Liner across lash line for a precise line, or smudge for a smokier look.
Pro tips: Bridge the gap between skin and lashes by 'tight lining' the upper lash line. Look down into a mirror and place Killer Liner on the waterline, gliding across from the inner to outer corner, blending the creamy eyeliner between the lashes.
