Seastar 1000 Chronograph Bracelet Watch, 45.5mm

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Tissot watch from Nordstrom well in advance (Sep 7th )because it was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband on September 18th. The order was scheduled to be delivered today, but instead I received a sudden cancellation notice saying the item is out of stock. This last-minute cancellation leaves me without the gift I had carefully planned, and there was no proactive communication until the delivery day. For a brand like Nordstrom, I expected better transparency, reliability, and customer care. Situations like this make it very hard to trust future orders.
