Do not recommend
I wanted to love these sandals. I have three complaints: 1. The adjustable strap behind the ankle is far too long. It's impossible to secure the strap tightly enough. The strap should either be several inches shorter or the Velcro should extend several inches longer. 2. The footbed is so cushy it makes me feel unstable/wobbly when I walk. 3. The EVA lug sole compresses and deforms after a few uses.

Just what I was looking for
I just got back from a 2 mile walk with my dog on pavement. Fit perfectly with no rubbing and a well-cushioned sole. I may get them in another color too. I did debate giving 4 stars because the strap to tighten around the heal (velcro) barely makes contact with it's velcro "counterpart," probably because I have a narrow heel, but still, I'm going to have to shorten the strap and move the velcro... but even with that I gave 5 stars cause otherwise I love them that much!

I want to wear only these forever!

I would like to wear only these, all the time! These are the greatest sandals ever made! I have morton neuroma, these allow me to walk all day and not be in pain. Thank you Timberland!
