Excellent quality, look and fit!
These pants are beautiful. The cut is very flattering, and professional while not looking dowdy or matronly. Theory does run small compared to other non-designer lines. I can be a size 2 or 4 at a larger chain like Banana Republic, but a size 8 in these pants fits perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing additional pieces similar to this.

Longer version of Testra 2B
Longer version of Testra 2B. 5'7'' and size 00. The ankle part is so narrow it is impossible to wear heels AND have the extra length of the pants cover the heels. I don't have super long legs, but my legs aren't that short either so it has a weird length. Custom Max style is almost short for me but this is super long
Testra 2B comes right to the ankle/or bottom of leg so I can wear flats, sneakers or heels.

These are good quality, versatile pants. However, consistent sizing is an issue in cheap office-wear brands. Banana Republic just inflates its sizing year after year, along with the executive secretary populace. The other, affordable but quality Scandinavian brands (Tiger of Sweden, Inwear) stay true, while Theory tries to run in between. So, having stayed the same size and shape over 30 years, while I'll generally take a size 2, in Banana Republic by now I may take a 00, and in Theory I may have to go down to a 0. Nordstrom should carry the consistent-quality, affordable Scandinavian brands for their fit, average-to-tall, and (economically comfortable) working-class customers. I don't know how small that market is, but the US is a huge market, so you'd think Nordstrom could make some money there.

VERY NICE
These are some very nice pants! Other reviews said that they ran small, to size up, which I did. They were too big. So, I re-ordered in my usual size. I hope they fit great!
Great fabric and quality, which you would expect from Theory. I only gave 4 stars because I think they are pricey. But, I guess for a pair of "perfect" black pants, I might be willing to pay the price!

Love these pants!
I have a terrible time finding pants that fit me. I tried on about 20 pairs, all ill-fitting, before I found these. Actually, before the Nordstrom rep found these. At this price, I would have walked on by them but I was trying so many pants on I didn't even look at the price and I'm glad I didn't. These fit me perfectly... waist, hips, and length. I'm 5' 6" and 128 pounds. I don't have hips, a smaller waist, and larger thighs and calves. The pants are of high quality as well. I just wish they came in more colors!
