Sizing and Service
Be warned sizing is off. I went up a size and bought a large and it’s still small. I’m 5’3 147 lbs, I now need an extra large and they are out of stock only 2 days later. I called customer service and unfortunately I was told I can wait or they can price match Macy’s etc. I bought all the accessories for this coat which means black would be the only other option. Note customer service will not help you if they are out of stock with a different color.
You are basically advised to return or wait for stock.

I BOUGHT THIS COAT ON CYBER MONDAY FOR $210.00, I RECEIVED MY COAT ON WEDNESDAY, I TRIED THIS COAT ON IT FITS VERY NICE. YOU CAN MOVE AROUND IN THIS COAT. NOT TOO BULKY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ,THIS COAT WILL KEEP YOU WARM. I GIVE 5 STARS. WHEN MY DAUGHTER SAW MY COAT SHE IMMEDIATELY TRIED IT ON AND SAID I LOVE THIS COAT. Not Worth it!!
I purchased this coat. It is a nice coat. But the quality has gone down and runs very small. I returned this the same day I received it. The LOGO is not stitched sewn on it is a rubberized stamp! Really! I wear crossbody bags all the time. It would eventually peel off and look like junk . I have 3 NF jackets and never saw this.
