Not so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coat. I'd wear it everyday if I could. I can't because after owning it for a day it looks old. After the initial wash that was followed by tag the material just pilled up into little balls over the entire coat. I tried to take it back and they said no since it was washed. Such a joke. My wife and 3 kids all wear north face but because of this coat and the poor customer service we will no longer buy anything else north face again. Coat is now after a week just a toss on if I have to run out quickly but never to work or out in the town. Shame on you northface. Over 15 years of buying so much I get treated like I'm trying to scam someone.

Quality and comfort
Husband loves it and says it fits well. The only reason I'm docking it one star is because I don't love the inside fleece lining texture. I wish it was the smooth fleece and not the textured kind. Aside from that, everything else about the jacket is of great quality. It fits true to size.

I would buy this product again!
I really like this jacket, but I expected it to be thicker and cozier. It is not suitable for a winter with temperatures in the negative celsius. However, for autumn and spring, it is perfect!
