[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a chance to wear these on a trail. So far just bumming around town with packed snow. They gripped well, and obviously if there's a sheet of ice you need to be a bit careful. The one thing that drops a star off of these is that the ankle is a bit loose and slides a bit. I was going to figure out if I can do a runner's lacing strategy on them to fix this issue. These are definitely very warm when wearing wool socks, but I was up in the mountains so I wanted them to stay warm. I'll have to see in the summer time how they hold up on some light hikes/trails.

I would and will buy this again.

The vibram sole is is great, not too flexible because that can fatigue your feet and not to stiff like a hiking boot. The extra covering around the toe helps protect the shoe from damage. Thanks for making a great shoe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Avid disc golfer, these are not fit for disc golf. The seams on the sides gave out with the torque that comes with throwing a disc 450ft (easily). Did accidentally buy another pair and I'll wear those for light work and easy walking, they won't see the disc golf course.
