Teeth & Gums Vitamins + Collagen & Probiotics Supplement

I have been taking this semi-regularly for the past couple months and I'm almost done with my first bottle. I've had a rough year at the dentist after feeling like I was doing everything in my power to keep my teeth healthy. I had some dental care procrastination in my 20s and through the pandemic. My fillings would fall out and my molars have chipped, and it caused some psychological torment trying to save my teeth. The thing that drew me to this vitamin was the probiotic part, as I was thinking my gut biome was causing acid reflux and degrading my teeth through my saliva. I *feel* like I have less acid reflux, (maybe even less hiccups?) and this pill combined with regular flossing/mouthwash and brushing 3x a day has made my gums look beautiful and my teeth maybe whiter. But the most noticeable tangible change after taking these is the strength of my nails (no chipping or bending, I can even press my phone side buttons with them!). That must be doing something for my hair and teeth/bones as well. We'll see once I get back into the dentist chair, but I'm optimistic!
