Gem Garden Vanity Case

I received my vanity case today and was filled with excitement only to be disappointed! It’s not made well, cheaply made, l will return turn it, especially because of the cost. Very disappointed.

This is probably the best travel/luggage related purchase I have ever made. I had been looking for a travel vanity case that would sit/strap on top of my hard sided spinner luggage and this was perfect. I travel a lot and honestly have become an expert packer, except when it came to my darn toiletries... this was the solution! I was able to pack for a bachelorette party (4 days, lots of outfits) with just a carry-on suitcase (the small CalPak spinner) and this. I packed all of my toiletries, plus goodies I had for my friends, an extra outfit & my 13" MacBook Air! I couldn't believe how easy this little vanity is. I really can not recommend this more. I know that it's expensive, but Ted Baker has made THE BEST travel accessory ever with this. It's super durable and lightweight! Plus zero issues with TSA or on the plane!

This case is so beautiful and chic. So spacious and compact. All my travel necessities fit, even my hairdryer and hair tools. Excited to have the strap to attach the vanity case to my carry-on. Didn't have that with my other case, which was a real hassle. Can't wait to travel again in style.

I love my vanity case. Let’s be real, I love it so much mostly because it’s adorable. However, it has also proven to be quite useful for all my “vanity” needs and then for some additional and unexpected uses. It fits all my makeup, face wash, and jewelry on one side and then can fit my electric toothbrush, hair dryer, hair straightener and even my nail lamp - and all the polish, nail file etc. that I need with it. It easily fits on top of the suit case making it easy to carry - however since the big suit case that goes on the bottom only has a handle on top, it doesn’t make it easy to bring down stairs (I took the vanity bag off and carried it down with the useful shoulder strap and then picked up the suit case - my only complaint so far and this may be more for the suit case than the vanity bag). Love the sleek outside look and the beautiful hummingbird pattern on the inside - even my boyfriend commented on how pretty it is and he is not attentive to these sorts of details. Love the extra mesh pockets to fit small items like hair ties, comb etc. Also, if you are traveling and check your suit case then you can use this small bag to pack a night or two worth of clothes in case your luggage gets misplaced (hopefully don’t need to do this though). It also makes a great overnight pack if you ever stay the night at a friends/family members for an evening.
