Solid Wool Blend Sport Coat

I was having a hard time finding a sport coat for my 14 year old son who is about 5’10 and very thin. Most of this kid sizing was too small and the men’s were too large through the shoulders. This one worked in a size 20. I don’t love the attached pocket square, but it slides in nicely so he can wear his own square or non at all.

The jacket sizing definitely runs small relative to the trousers. The size 10 trousers were a perfect fit for my slender almost 9-yr old but the jacket sleeves were almost two inches too short. The minute I pulled it out of the box I could tell it was too small - made me wonder if it was an 8 and mistakenly labeled at the time of manufacture. Will have the size 12 jacket altered to fit. Overall look is sharp with some fun detailing.

Bought this for my son. He liked it and felt comfortable in it. He ended up in between sizes so we went with the smaller size since the shoulders on the larger size were too huge. Fit seems to run a bit small, he will outgrow this one really fast. Nice inside hidden pockets. Nice faux pocket square to wear out, or tuck into the pocket when you don’t want that look.
