Unhappy

I ordered this dress online and when it came I was pretty disappointed. The ribbon belt looked and felt really cheap. This dress also had the worst design for a zipper. The lace was over the zipper and the lace was tacked with thread at various points so it was really hard to zipper the dress. I was bummed because it looked so pretty online. I returned the dress.

shotgun wedding dress

I ordered this dress as a potential dress for my upcoming casual wedding. The construction of the dress was lovely and the lace was a nice pattern, with a modest neckline. The grossgrain bow was very wide and hard to get to lay correctly. I'm 5' 2" and 118lbs and was swimming in a 2. There was too much room in the hips and bust. Also, the blouson structure of the dress really made it look like I was trying to hide a pregnancy bump, which is not the look I am going for at my (non-shotgun) wedding.

Elegant

Beautiful dress! It fits a little big, but the sash is adjustable so you can tighten it and make the waist more flattering.

Awkward bow tie

I think this is a gorgeous dress: the lace detail is absolutely beautiful. Very well made. The reason why i returned this dress is because the bow is a stiff/awkward material. I think it's definitely the "star" of the dress, but instead of naturally falling, the bow just kind of stiffly stuck out. It just doesn't match the delicacy of the rest of the dress. If the bow was silk or even chiffon, i think it would dovetail much better with the entire theme of the dress. Runs a little big.
