Shoelace loops broke right out of the box
I just got these today, tried to tighten the shoelaces, and the loops broke before I had even tied them. Didn’t even get the chance to wear them before they broke. I can’t even say how comfortable the shoe is because I never got to wear them. I don’t even know if it’ll be worth it to ask for a refund or not because the policy says they have to check for “quality”. Hard to have a good quality return if the original product was faulty

My foot wouldn't fit—it's very narrow at the top.
My usual size is 11, and I ordered an 11½ just to be safe; however, there was simply no way to get my feet inside. I realize they don't have laces, but the upper section—where the foot enters—really should be more elastic. Although I do have wide feet, I ran into the exact same issue with their sandals; I always seem to have trouble with Adidas shoes—they are just too narrow.

I love these shoes. I have 2 pairs.
I have 2 pairs in different colors. My son has had 2 pairs as well but in this same color. We love this shoe.
