Sand Wash Cloud Sweatshirt

I bought this sweatshirt and the shorts in blue in store last week. I literally wore the sweatshirt every day. I loved how tactile it felt and received so many compliments. By yesterday it needed a wash. I washed it by itself in my Miele machine with a Persil capsule on a 30 delicates wash and line dried it. it now feels completely different and nowhere near as soft. I know this for a fact as the blue shorts which I haven’t washed still feel amazing. I had even asked the helpful girls in store if they had any of the range and how it washed and they told me it was fine. Obviously I have cut the tags, I have worn it and I have washed it, so really not sure what can be done. However if any other customers are drawn to the feel of this product, you need to know from my experience it will not last.
