Arm band too tight

Gorgeous color, tight sleeves
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really wanted to love this. The cut of the top is flattering. The sleeves aren’t too puffy, but the band was a little tight on my arms. I have an athletic build, but might fit better on less muscular arms

Such a cute dress!
Love the color and the sleeves! The only fault I have is that the sleeves are too snug. Wish they were elastic so they would be a little more forgiving in the width.
