Suffolk Quilted Windproof & Water Resistant Recycled Polyester Jacket

I bought this jacket about a year ago and was very excited about it. I live in the south, so I do not get too much wear out of it. When I got the jacket out of this year, some of the threads became loose along some of the seams. Also, the buttons on the jacket are starting to tarnish. I reached out to the quality control team, and they responded that these type of quality defects are to be expected. It is disappointing that the quality control team expects these types of defects in a jacket that is marketed as a long lasting, luxurious, and quality item. This is the first time that I have actually been disappointed in a purchase.

I recently purchased this jacket and have enjoyed wearing it. Truly, this jacket is different from past years. I have an assortment of these vibrate colored jackets and vest. This jacket doesn’t have the coziness, warm presentation, and the interior cloth lining and collar. However, this jacket is light weight and fits comfortably. I like the new style collar. It should require less care. Suggest wearing layers in the fall or winter. I purchased a XL. I’m 6’0, 220 lbs. Athletic build.
