How to use: With smooth strokes, use the eye pencil to draw a thin line across your upper lashline. With your eyes open and looking straight ahead, extend the line a little beyond the end of your lashes, lifting it upward toward the end of your brow. The angle should follow on from the angle of the lower waterline. Try not to let the line curl; instead, keep the line straight for the most flattering lifting effect.
