What it is: An aromatic, nourishing oil for the bath, body and scalp that softens and moisturizes skin.
What it does: Formulated with a nourishing blend of certified-organic sunflower and jojoba seed oils, this oil helps restore moisture and deliver instant radiance to your skin. It features a scent with certified-organic lavender, lavandin and clary sage.
How to use: It's excellent as an allover body, massage and scalp oil. For bath use, add a few drops to the water. For neck, shoulders and back, massage into tense muscles using squeezing motions while breathing deeply. For total body use, add a few drops of nourishing oil to your bath and enjoy the stress-relieving aroma as it fills the space around you. For hands and feet, massage the oil in at the end of the day to soften dry skin and soothe stressed skin.

Great body oil for any stressors
Some days are quite stressful. That is when I grab Aveda stress-fix composition oil. After showering, I apply it to body from chin to toes. It soaks in easily, smells amazing, helps me calm down, and I have not ever had to worry about it staining clothing. I have not tried it in the bath (only because I'm using up other products), but I have put it on my scalp before washing my hair and my scalp feels great after - moisturized, smells amazing, and the oil washes out completely, but the benefits to my scalp remain. This product lasts me a year, easily, and a little goes a long way.

Used and I got the most uncomfortable, red, burning rash on my back. Very painful!

Great body oil for any stressors

I love this product! It can be used as a hair and face oil, because Aveda products are chemical-free.
I love to put a few drops on my wrists and neck before yoga- the scent is soft and soothing.

Great energizer for frequent plane travel!!
Fantastic everyday pick-me-up! place a few drops in your palm, pat palms together, then blot onto face, neck. I also use it for fly-aways. Great moisture, energizer for frequent plane travel, fits anywhere, lasts forever! Can't be without it

Love the composition oils!
I think I have almost all of the Aveda Composition oils and I love every one! The lavender scent is relaxing and perfect for massaging on sore muscles when I take a shower at night.
