Lana Leather Hobo Bag

I picked up my bag today and was very disappointed. The bag itself is beautiful but what I received appeared to have been shoved into a box far too small and did not include a storage bag (which is always included with a Strathberry). When I called customer service to inquiry on having the storage bag sent, I was told they could not do that and I could just buy another bag and hope the next one included the storage bag. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on hold and ultimately after 15 minutes disconnected. So disappointed.

I was so dissapointed about the way Nordstrom packaged this beautiful handbag. I received it in a grocery plastic bag and the thigthest box. No Strathberry storage bag nor their box. I read the same happened to another customer, so I hope they do something about it. I will return this one sadly.

Strathberry never disappoints! This is a top quality, classic handbag. I was lucky enough to score the Tan bag before it sold out - I love the color! This is elegant for a hobo style bag and I will be able to use it for many years to come. I love the length of the strap - I like a shoulder bag that I can pull in snugly. I'm small, so the size of this bag is perfect for me - it's not oversized. This is exactly the bag I was hoping to find for fall 2024 - thank you Strathberry!!! Thank you Nordstrom for continuing to carry this high quality and hard to find brand.

I’m confused as to why Nordstrom can’t deliver this bag in perfect condition. It raises the question “are they seconds”? The first one I ordered had a wrinkled floor of the bag with crumbs of some sort in it, it did have a dust bag but it was dirty and smelled weird. I then went in to the Nordstrom store and they helped place a second order and have it delivered to the store itself so we could check it out before I took it. The bag this time had no dust bag at all. Both bags were delivered in a clear bag, no Strathberry box. I ended up returning both bags and going straight through the Strathberry company itself. The bag was delivered in less than a week, in perfect condition and the unboxing and unwrapping was a treat, the way higher en purchases should be presented. Nordstrom needs to look in to this and make changes. They are losing their “quality” reputation that they held for so many years.

This bag has so much going for it. Quality. Beauty. Size. Color. I've been looking for something like this for months. But, there is only one zipper pocket inside, thus the 4 star review. Why can't there be a cell phone pocket?!? Still debating on keeping it because I really love so much about it. But for the price point, the lack practicality with a cell phone pocket has me questioning it.
