my everyday product
I use this product daily and have for years. It is the BEST at filling in the sparse areas of my brows in a natural looking way, and it does so without irritating my very sensitive skin. I have read comments through the years in which people say that this is not a good value because it doesn’t last long. Mine last a long time! The trick is to store them with the brush tip down so that the solution is always in the brush. Because this is intended to fill in sparse areas, you don’t need much. I follow this with Benefit gimme brow or Glossier boy brow to emphasize the brow that is there.
Another benefit for this Stila product is that it is truly waterproof. It lasts even through days at the beach or pool or during heavy workouts, as long as I don’t rub it away with a towel. It made me feel confident that the look of my brows won’t change - that the sparse areas stay disguised.
My brows are dark brown and the dark brown tint is just right. If your brows are lighter, and you’re not sure which tint to choose, I suggest going with a darker shade.

So natural
I have been using eyebrow fillers since high school and nothing has been as great as this - easy to apply, does not smudge, and looks super natural if you use a light hand. Short learning curve to learn best application but then it's a piece of cake. I use MAC's brow gel first and just fill in where needed with this. I have dark brown hair and use the medium. It blends perfectly with my dark brown brows.

Okay but still need a second paired product
Product is easy to use with a nice tone. However, goes on very light, almost like a watered down marker, giving a light stain shadow effect on the brows. As my brows are sparse and have a lot of bald spots, I still have to use an alternative product for sharp, hairlike effects. But this is overall okay for times I want a very soft look in a hurry.

Great for thin brows
I have bought this countless times as I use it every day. My brows are light and thin, so this is perfect for filling them in. It makes thin lines that look just like hair. I've tried so many brow products and this is easily my favorite.

FINALLY SOMETHING SMOOTH & FLUID THAT STAYS ON!
I desperately needed a semi-permanent brow color that could withhold morning walks and perspiration. It does the job well, but you must make sure your brow line and hairs are clean daily. Otherwise, the color appears to separate into dark dots. It goes on very natural - I use "Light" - and it will look darker depending on how you layer the strokes! It does go on very smooth and looks natural when extending the brow. But make sure the tip of the brush is free of gunk. PS: I keep my Stila pen brush/cap side down in a jigger or small glass, to insure a fully loaded brush of color.
