Fannie Block Heel Mule (Women)

These mules are really a step up for the price with their very stylish, natural finish heel. I bought the lizard pattern which is dressier but looks great with both jeans and black dress pants. Looking at them you wouldn't think they are comfortable but they are. If you are between sizes I would order up a 1/2 size - I am usually a size 7 and I ordered the 7.5 which is perfect.

I purchased these in both the black leather and white leather last summer and donated both already because the leather is super soft and SUPER THIN. Within 2 wears, the toe was balding on both pairs to where they looked years old and like they cost $25.... If they re-cut these in black suede, I would buy them in a heartbeat because they are very comfortable and cute, but do not waste your money on the leather version. Super bummed.

Following the advice of other reviewers, I purchased a half size larger in this mule. The length was fine, as was the width, in the half size larger. But even that didn’t make this stylish mule work on my rather average foot. I have an average width, average arch, but these mules are simply not working when I actually need to walk! The shoe isn’t gripping my foot. So disappointed in light of the sale price and the truly nice design that went into this shoe. Beautiful color beige and a really lovely contrasting blonde wood heel. Very stylish pointy toe that looks classic with a straight leg cropped pant. I am considering buying a Dr. Scholl’s insert to see if this shoe will work for me. Would love to keep this stylish mule.

I really wanted to like this stylish mule. I thought the blonde wood heel was a nice contrast to the black leather. By the way, it’s not black suede as listed, but black leather just like the photos. Following the advice of others who’ve reviewed here, I purchased a half size larger. I’m honestly not sure if that was good advice — though I concede my heel is hitting the back just right. Nevertheless, I find this mule to be very ill-fitting. My feet are pretty average in terms of width and arch. Yet, I found this shoe unwalkable. I own several pair of mules with heels from other designers and I’ve not run into this issue with any of them. My foot is simply not gripping as it should. Perhaps if I bought some sort of inner sole from Dr. Scholls, these might work. But I’m probably going to return these shoes.

took other reviewers' advice and ordered a size up. that was a good decision. these shoes definitely run small. love the print and really wished these looked flattering on my feet, but the pointy toe is extreme! they looked ridiculous on me. so sad, because i really was hoping to keep them.
