What it does: The durable enamel finish is highly scratch-resitant while the stoneware diffuses heat gently and retains it exceptionally well.
Compatible heat sources: Microwave, broiler and oven safe to 572°F.
Includes: 7.5" x 6", 10.5" x 7.5" and 13" x 9" rectangular bakers.

Excellent quality and easy to clean
I love the 3 pieces for different reasons.... the smaller one is perfect for a 2-3 serving of scalloped potatoes. Easy to clean as well - overall recommend.

Poor quality
Smaller dish broke after a few uses. Terrible quality. Staub unwilling to replace.

Disappointed
The description states they are made in France but the box states they are made in China. Sadly going back. I purchased them because they were supposed to be made in France.

Perfect!
