For reference I’m 5’8 and 170 pounds. My waists are 30 inches and my hips are 38-40 inches. So I got a large and I used other Nike pants that I have in my wardrobe which are also larges as well. I expect the pants to be oversized but when I took the pants out of the package it was too oversized for my liking. The waist band was slightly loose and it stretches so I could have sized down but I loved the material.
