super lipstick

i was really impressed with this lipstick.....i know its a bit pricey but it actually does what it sez...........its a really nice matte.........it goes on smooth & creamy....nice coverage.........and its not drying for a matte.- it is a matte finish but not dry or cakey - its like a smooth velvet finish........and it stays put without bleeding.............i will be buying more colors..........:):)

Smelly and chalky

For a $33 lipstick, I was underwhelmed. This was my first time using Kevyn Aucoin so I didn't really know what to expect. i bought evermore thinking it would be a pretty silver color, but it turned out to be a really white-ish pink. It glides on fine but it's so patchy and sticks to all the dry skin on your lips. The perfume-y smell was too much for me as well.

Wonderful Lipstick

While I spent more on this lipstick than any other, it does exactly what it says. It does not bleed (a problem with reds) and it does last longer most lipsticks. The color was pretty true to the sample color. I did buy another to keep in my purse for touch ups.

great Matte

first: the swatches on website are not the color of the lipstick you get, so try at store if possible. - otherwise formula is great for a matte - wish the Nordstrom near me carried the lipsticks !! 5 stars for quality - 1 stars for color swatches - they are really off.

Lovely "Pinky" Nude Shade

Evermore is just the essential / perfect pinky-nude shade.... The color (for reference) is similar to Madere by Nars, but slightly more "pinkish".... It's a lovely natural hue - NOT a "bubble-gum" or a "chalky" shade that some matte nudes tend to look like.... Love the matte finish.... Creamy texture and easily glides on, (but I would still recommend using a primer / lip base prior to application) ... Nice staying power.... Original luxe packaging.... Definitely recommended....

Perfect neutral purple

I ordered persistence and the color is perfect. a subdued matte purple. Love it. very neutral. Also ordered resilient. That is brighter. i don't like it as much.
