Retinol Rescue Face Serum

What it is: A true multitasker, this concentrated daily resurfacing serum gently and continuously minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

What it does: Formulated with a combination of time-released retinol, high potency retinol, calming colloidal oatmeal and other botanicals, this serum helps create a brighter, more even complexion. Jasmine, red clover tops extract, glycerin and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 help soothe, soften and moisturize skin. Red algae extract minimizes the appearance of redness and vitamin E helps protect against free radicals and improves skin's elasticity and firmness. The oil-free formula leaves a matte finish and layers well under makeup.

How to use: Wear under SPF and makeup during the day, or underneath your overnight cream. Start with one application per day, building up to twice daily application. As with any retinol products, Clark's Botanicals recommends a patch test if your skin is particularly sensitive.

Pro tips: Apply to your hands and/or décolletage if they're in need of a little revitalization. Also, the serum's dry finish makes it a great primer during the daytime.
