Sleeveless Bouclé Knit Sheath Dress

This dress was folded and sealed in a plastic bag, with no tag and clearly worn several times! Though it was shipped to the Towson store and opened in front of their staff, the manager on duty, still tried to accuse me of wearing the dress! Literally, this manager stood in my face and asked the clerk if she gave me that dress, with the shipping box and plastic bag still sitting on the counter! This female Asian manager was rushed to get to the Black male customer, whom she clearly knew, that was next in line. I shared with her that the online reviews had several complaints about packages arriving empty or with worn items or with mismatched items. Therefore, I open my packages in the store, before I leave. This is the 3rd online ordered dress that I have received that has been either visibly tried on or damaged from wear. Shame on you Nordstrom, especially when the customer has to fight for a refund. I have no idea how it fits. It was returned immediately.
